Mrs. Rinku Bala is the Proprietor of DPSS Engineering Services. She completed her Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar in 2013. She oversees all financial operations and corporate administration, while Mr. Dharamvir Singh manages technical execution and field operations.
